“Well for starters US mobile were very smart to hire khurshid, he was amazing from the beginning of the call to the end, he provided amazing service, and made me very happy to be a customer of us mobile because they such capable people working for them!! If it was up to me I would say that you guys should give him a raise!!”

“Wonderful 5-Star customer service from Nobel. Called customer service due to an issue with my mobile phone. After a lengthy wait (I was number 18 in the queue), Nobel was able to quickly and precisely work through my issue and re-establish my device's connection. His patience and professionalism were greatly appreciated. I was considering an alternative mobile provider until this call, so US Mobile can thank Nobel for my continued service.”

“Wow!! Nobel was incredibly patient with me while he fixed my mess-up with activating a new SIM card. He walked me through the steps to setup the card, waited while the computer (mine and his system) worked, helped me setup the account...and so many more things with my son’s new phone. Customer service these days seems to be a thing of the past, however Nobel was so helpful...I was very impressed and happy that we will be using US Mobile for the new phone. He made my day and made what is usually a very unpleasant experience (I hate technology) for me manageable and not so overwhelming. He’s an assess to your company! Kudos to Nobel and US Mobile. I would highly, highly recommend this company based on my experience.”

“I've been having a issue receiving phone calls and texts and spoke to Nobel when I called in. He was extremely patient and helpful while helping me re-set my settings and sending me a new SIM card. Thank you Nobel for getting my issue addressed in one call! 🌟”

“I just wanna say I’m glad that I’ve switched to us mobile because of the epic customer service experience that I have received today while I was facing connectivity issues , they really made me feel like that my concerns mattered and thanks to agent Samir who went above and beyond to solve my connectivity problem , it’s highly like to find such a consumer friendly service provider nowadays and customer are just numbers but not here really, I feel like every customer’s voice and concern have a value here and they’ll do everything in there power to get your concern resolved . Thank you again Samir for taking almost 3h of your time to resolve my connectivity issue and getting me back to a full speed , and thanks to team us mobile for having such an agent on the team.
