“Wow!! Nobel was incredibly patient with me while he fixed my mess-up with activating a new SIM card. He walked me through the steps to setup the card, waited while the computer (mine and his system) worked, helped me setup the account...and so many more things with my son’s new phone. Customer service these days seems to be a thing of the past, however Nobel was so helpful...I was very impressed and happy that we will be using US Mobile for the new phone. He made my day and made what is usually a very unpleasant experience (I hate technology) for me manageable and not so overwhelming. He’s an assess to your company! Kudos to Nobel and US Mobile. I would highly, highly recommend this company based on my experience.”

“I should start out by saying that I am not a US Mobile customer (yet). I called in to ask some questions after doing some research on the best prepaid cell-plans on which US Mobile was listed as one of the best. First off, the experience on hold was like nothing I've had with other companies. The system told me how many people were in line and what my place in the queue was. It also didn't just tell me this when I first called in, but every few minutes to let me know how I was progressing up the queue. The wait was not that long (less than 7 minutes) and I was routed to a customer service rep named Nobel. I had a litany of questions regarding, plans, billing, the process of switching in and out as well as asking about fees and penalties (if any). Nobel handled each one expertly and answered them directly. Having been a customer of all the major US cell phone providers at one point or another (and currently being a customer of one) I can tell you that I have never experienced customer service like this. I realize that this was just my first experience, but as they say "you never get a second chance to make a first impression". My first impression of US Mobile was "where have you been all my life?" :-). I am in the process of opening up a single line to test service and data performance for a short time, but if it is just comparable with my current service I will switch all my family's lines over as the customer service appears to be much better and more responsive than what I'm currently getting at more than twice the price. Once I experience the service I will be back to update my review (good, bad or ugly). Thanks again Nobel!”

“I just wanna say I’m glad that I’ve switched to us mobile because of the epic customer service experience that I have received today while I was facing connectivity issues , they really made me feel like that my concerns mattered and thanks to agent Samir who went above and beyond to solve my connectivity problem , it’s highly like to find such a consumer friendly service provider nowadays and customer are just numbers but not here really, I feel like every customer’s voice and concern have a value here and they’ll do everything in there power to get your concern resolved . “I just switched over and was having problems with my phone making and receiving calls. I worked with the chat room for about two hours resolving the issue, they the recommended me to speak with a senior tech. The scheduled a call with me at my office. Adeen called me and we spent another 1 1/2 hours working on the issue. Adeen was very patient with me and we were able to get things handled. I wish more companies had customer service like US Mobile. Thanks again Adeen!”
