“I appreciate the response. Only thing is, I was suggested to restart my phone in the event the problem I had occurs again, but I actually did restart my phone multiple times when it happened and it didn't change anything. Anyways, I can use the data fine now so thank you!”

“US Mobile made it easy to check what my usage was, and easy to “top off”. USM was always very responsive whenever I needed to talk to a support tech. Service was very reliable and cost was very fair.”

“1 - The service has bad quality and it was not fixed. 2 - The device restock fee is ridiculous making return impractical. IE: a rip off. 3 - Now we'll see what they say about the 100% refund for the plan costs.”
