“I really loved how I could design my own phone plan. I also liked how I could change it every month as my needs changed. It was nice that I was never charged for going over data or texts and that I could buy more if I needed. The price was great for a single person and it worked well for me.”

“Very poor. Every Single time I buy a new package I have to manually call the CS to activate it and it seems they can't fix it. Will be switch to another provider”

“I ported my number from another carrier and I was impatient and was writing customer service an email when my phone rang and got an email at same time telling me that my number was ported already, so I was pleasantly surprised and am happy about that. Really the porting was done very quickly, maybe too only 20 to 30 minutes.”

“Their plans for seniors, sharp reps, patience and help resetting my old number, ie the techies, so far what's not to like? The whole family is switching as soon as contracts are up with other carriers.”
