“They quickly responded with pertinent suggestions! The tone in the email was knowledge and experienced. The response was at an appropriate knowledge level (didn't try to bowl me over with their knowledge,but didn't talk to me like I was an idiot either). Very helpful with several options to try then they checked in a few days later to see how things were going AND when I replied it was working better but still ittermient problems persist they didn't leave it there, they kept digging. Problem isn't 100% fixed, but we are working on it! The big names could really take a lesson from your tech support and customer service (didn't just blame it on the phone or the building and expect me to buy a new phone from them.) Thank you!”

“Porting my number was simple and very fast. I switched my own account to US Mobile from AT&T after hating them for years and half a year watching my daughter get good service from US Mobile. My only wish is that international roaming were supported.”

“US Mobile did not make me happy. I called for a new number bc I was getting calls and texts from unknowns since signing up a month or so ago. I also told USM that I live in Mass but was given a NH area code, and would they please make my new number a Mass area code. Received new number in an email; it is another NH area code number. WTF?”

“So far, not good. Porting process has taken almost a week. Promised 24-48 hours. Both sides are blaming the other side. I had to buy a pre-paid card to hold me over.”
