Had a hard time getting things switched over but thanks to Zeeshan Imdad in customer service he got it all fixed up and is amazing!

Joshua Roy was the rep that assisted. All of US Mobile's reps have been very helpful and knowledgeable. Joshua was even better than that. He helped me get everything done that I needed. Thanks again Joshua.

Osama was absolutely amazing. He stayed on the line with me, while conferencing with my current carrier (trying to port my number from Total Wireless) for almost 2 hours before the other line dropped. He was an hour past his shift ending yet never rushed me or made me feel guilty. In the end, I am still trying to get my number released from Total Wireless (absolutely the WORST service I have ever experienced) but the service I have received from US Mobile has been incredible. I am so thankful I found this company, every agent I have worked with, via the chat and then Osama on the phone, has been professional, easy to understand, exceptionally polite and generous, and they have made me feel valued. I cannot wait to be free of Total Wireless and to move all four of my lines to US Mobile. Thank you for your AWESOME service and the quality of your staff!!! -Tori :)

I have talked to 3/THREE of your support people today and ONLY 1/ONE of the 3, the last person I spoke with (who's name is Zen) solved my problem the 1st time and actually followed up by calling me back as promised, BUT really did so unlike the other 2 "support people" who were obviously happy to see me off the phone with those "support people". I was looking forward to doing the survey for his great attitude, knowledge, humble,customer service abilities and work BUT there was no survey after our call ended ???, perhaps it was my fault BUT I want to make sure that he gets acknowledged for his abilities as he SAVED your company a customer from leaving your service because I was beyond disgusted with the 1st 2 "support" people I experienced today. I STILL want to do the survey so PLEASE send it to me, as I promised Mr. Zen I would do the survey and I am a man of my word, send me THE link that will allow me to heap praise upon Mr. Zen!!! He's the best "support" person I've dealt with from your company and you SERIOUSLY do NOT want to lose him! unlike the previous 2, though I only want to share my positive 11 out of 10 marks for your Mr. Zen!!! Absolutely superlative customer service! I needed help porting my number with eSim activation, and I’m woefully ignorant about iPhones in particular and the digital world in general. I can’t say enough good things about how patient and astute my service rep was. Give him a big raise and a corner office!

I had a challenging time setting up a new line with US Mobile. Long story short, at the final step the payment appeared not to go through, more than once, endlessly spinning. After spending a long time on the phone with a representative, a second session with the account massaged and all cookies cleared resulted in the same problem. Another call to customer service connected me with Maria, and all of the problems melted away. Maria knew the correct procedure to circumvent issues with the user interface, patiently and expertly guiding me through each step. I was prepared for the number port to take at least a day and maybe longer, but everything was completed in about 5 minutes. I'm almost in disbelief that one of the least expensive MVNOs provides great network performance and fantastic 24/7 in-person customer service. Anyone who has tried Visible knows how valuable talking to a real person can be. Kudos to Maria! I hope she receives a well-deserved promotion.

My husband and I had a difficult time when reactivating my son's US Mobile account, but Bilal at US Mobile was AWESOME! Bilal was patient, informative, and persistent. He worked through our issues until we solved the problem. We would absolutely recommend Bilal and US Mobile. Their customer service is second to none, and their pricing is super competitive.

Their service is great. Their customer service is amazing were very accommodating to my crazy problems and helped resolve the issues as best and as efficiently as possible. Nobel and all of their customer service representatives do a great job at helping. 11/10

Today I received out-standing service today from Representative, Asim. He excels in customer service and his tech skills are out-standing. He displayed a patience with me that exceeded my expectations. He has a kind personality and a willingness to solve problems that are challenging. I think I tested him in many areas with my questions, but he answered each and every one with cheerfulness. US Mobile certainly has a excellent person representing their fine mobile service. I found the website and texting service to be fast and efficient.. Many thanks to Asim, and the service at US Mobile… great prices too.

Have already moved 11 lines over from Verizon to US Mobile. Quality is great and for a fraction of the price it cant be beat. Best thing about it is you can always get a live customer support person without waiting too long. I got a guy named Asim today and he was AWESOME ! Knowledgeable, friendly and able to explain everything to make my future business with them ever better. Knows how everything works and not afraid to tell me how to get the best bang for my buck moving forward with them! AWESOME !

I had several different issues that I required assistance with from transferring a number already with US Mobile, low LTE Data speed at my location, and the support I received from the representative that helped Mr. Osama was above and beyond any expectations I had, firstly he listened, he took ownership of the issues and went out of his way to resolve everything within his power, I had realistic expectations of what was resolvable for LTE Data speeds at my location, not much can be done if the tower is not transmitting a strong enough signal, he spent over 2 days of testing out every conceivable avenue for better Data speeds. Absolutely outstanding support, Thank you, Mr. Osama, and thank you US Mobile for such a knowledgeable customer support tech assisting me.
