“Vissam absolutely saved me today. He stayed on the phone with me for a total of about 2 hours until nearly 6am my time to ensure every step of the way, my issue was fully and totally resolved. Easily the best customer service experience I have ever had. He should be promoted immediately. My family thanks him for helping me access my account to have access to my phone line again. Thank you so so so much Vissam.”

“Asim was very helpful. Very polite very understanding I had three children being kind of rambunctious in the background. Single father he saw the billing issues and it was very honest about what he could and could not do which means a lot.. I'm an old South Florida redneck which means who I am and how I am supposedly hates everybody come up but that's untrue I teach my children to be polite and caring and loving no matter who they are. And just by the way Asim conducted the interaction I made sure to point out things to where they could learn from how he is and how he relates to people. My issue will be going to a supervisor that he cannot take care of but once again Asim thank you for your help”
