“Ghazanfar Ali was courteous, patient, and knowledgeable in his responses. It was a pleasure to speak with him because he provided excellent customer service. He is a valuable asset to US Mobile! He assisted me with all of my questions. I was very happy. In addition, I'm going to add three more lines to my account.”

“I had a small trouble activating my eSIM, but customer service Faaiz Imtiaz was amazing, so helpful, walked me through the process and had a lot of experience and knowledge on how to assist me. He stayed on the phone with me for an hour and resolved every issue I had. I am very satisfied with the customer service personal.”

“Zakria Farooqi was extremely helpful, he walked me through all the Steps, (I lost my Sim card ) and He helped me to reactivated he was on the phone with me over an hour very patient I really appreciated it. Best customer service thank you so much”

“Today I had an excellent experience working with Anum to activate service for my Father's Kyocera Dura XV and my iPhone X. She was knowledgeable and exact in her instructions. She demonstrated patience as this was the first time we have switched carriers. She answered all of my questions. She delivered excellent customer service and it was a pleasure to speak with her. She has a great attitude and is an asset to U.S. Mobile! Every time I've called US Mobile, I have had a great experience with each customer service representative I've spoken to, and I've added Anum to the growing list of individuals who do an excellent job there!”

“Nobel, is a real asset to yours, or any other company under which he works. He showns and unending patience, and even greater understanding or the issues brought up by the costumers. I really felt relaxed and supported throughout a very complex issue surrounding my account, and then, the set up of of a Pool for both my phone lines. He has a through knowledge of the company and its services. Best person ever to contact in US Mobil's Costumer Services. Congratulations for having such a devoted and, efficient and persoanble eorker in your company...!”

“Such a great cell company. If you want to talk with someone instead of just messaging back and forth, just call. I had an issue with activation , my phone stinks, then I called and talked with Syed Ihsaan and he took care of me. Very friendly and thorough. Great experience. Thank you Syed and US Mobile.”

“I didn't have to change my plan because US Mobile's new plan gives me even more data. The representative was very helpful and helping me navigate through the website to pay my bill. I will be opening an additional line for my parent. It's been over a year and US Mobile service has been excellent. No drop calls and the data speeds have been great.”
