Ghazanfar Ali was extremely polite and very helpful. My problem had a fairly tedious solution, but Mr. Ali was very patient with me and was able to resolve my text messaging issue.

Thank you US Mobile for your quick and very efficient case resolution. Had the pleasure getting Nobel on the phone and he was fantastic. Resolved our issues trying to get our two NZ phones online and usable. Very happy and highly recommended.

Nobel helped me today to switch my provider to US Mobile after a horrible experience with a previous one. He was patiently on the phone with me for over an hour! I’m so happy that my new phone is up and running with everything switched over from my old one.

Amir was a Product Experience Analyst who answered my call about some activation issues. He was incredibly kind and patient with all my errors and mistakes. I apologized and his response is "This is my job. We will get it worked out" AMIR is a gem of an employee to not be in a hurry and to calmly walk me through things. He is a Rock star employee due to his kindness and patience with a non tech person. I so wish all companies employed such reps. THANK YOU OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO AMIR.

I switched our cell phone service from Verizon to US Mobile. No difference at all in the quality of our service. When we switched, I had a problem with text messages on one line and got a tech support pro named Anum who was brilliant. She resolved this in 15 minutes. She was professional, personal and patient. I recommend this phone service and their customer support.

I had issues with connecting my phone while visiting my son in New York City, he called customer service and Zakria Farooqi was so helpfull and fixed the problem right away.

I had an issue with a payment not being correctly applied so I called and spoke with Bilal. He was very knowledgeable, incredibly courteous and receptive to my many questions, and quickly resolved a fairly difficult issue for my family. He deserves some special praise at the next staff meeting as well as a generous increase in his wages. Staff like this are the heart and soul of US Mobile and their paychecks ought to reflect their importance to the company's overall growing success.

Joshua Roy This gentleman is what I call, an exemplary employee. Straight talk. No nonsense. Right to the heart of the matter. Solved my technical issues without Delay. This is why US Moblie is my Carrier. A welcomed change from The Disappointment from Other less concerned less caring carriers.

I called US Mobile to change phone plans for my wife and I today. I had the privilege of being helped by Mr. Sharov Ali at US Mobile to make this plan change. Mr. Ali is a customer service representative of the highest caliber. He explained my options to get the optimum downgrade plan for my wife and I and he walked me through the process step by step. Good God I must have kept on the line for at least two hours. He tirelessly and professionally walked me through the process of making the plan changes for my wife and I. I am forever grateful for his FIVE STAR service. US Mobile can be proud of this professional gentleman and treasure him as my wife and I do. Thank you so much.
