“After spending days on the phone with Tracfone (who sent me a free replacement phone which they still could not get to connect) I found US Mobile which is available in my remote area of Maine. I first spoke with Aram who patiently explained what I had to get from Tracfone to port my number over. With his advice I was successful in porting my number over to US Mobile. I was impressed. When I called back to continue setup I got Sharoz Ali who spent two hours trying to get my phone(s) to work. Apparently my phones are locked and I would have to call Tracfone, again, to unlock them. I just couldn't suffer through another call with them. Sharoz was so patient, thorough and polite and really listened. It is so rare to get such great phone support with people who are truly interested in helping their customers. After reading other reviews I see excellent support is standard procedure for any US Mobile customer who calls needing help. After spending so long on a tech support call you would think I'd have given up. But instead I bought a new phone from US Mobile at a reasonable price just because I want to do business with this company. Instead of giving up, I am looking forward to getting my new phone and becoming part of the US Mobile family. Thank you so much for having respectful, caring representatives. I look forward to a long and uneventful relationship with US Mobile.”

“Usama Salem is very knowledgeable. His expertise and patience helped resolve my issue. I was not able to use the data feature on my phone plan and he advised me to download an app compatible with my phone. After downloading the app and following his instructions, my phone successfully connected to data.”

“The problem was with a used phone that was supposedly unlocked. Took awhile but it was a very convoluted issue. Mohammed stuck with me until everything worked perfectly. I have always been happy with US Mobile service.”

“US Mobile is fantastic!! Their 24/7 customer service can't be beat. For my last call, I spoke with Samad who was super helpful and professional and took all his time to answer all my questions. Don't waste your time or money with any other phone carrier. US Mobile has everything you need. I highly recommend.”

“I had a setup issue even with Neely ordered sim cards. I required to get support with US Mobile. I was very very fortunate to talk with a technical expert, Mohammed Aliyan who has a very high level of engineering and telephony background. Fully patient and well scripted into the us Mobile platform as well as excellent communicator. Thank you for your service and hiring astute technical individuals like Mohammed. Joe”

“What amazing customer service - these reps have been nothing but patient and kind as I completely transferred over to them from a different carrier, which had been very stressful. Viscam and Shan E. Ali (really hope I got the names spelled correctly) were two who were very helpful. The phone service itself is also up to par and much more affordable than the other big name carriers. Hoping to be a long term customer!”

“Aizaz Khattack was really helpful though sometimes difficult to understand. He was, however, VERY patient, and eager to help me solve the troubles I was having. He was fully versed in tech support and stayed on the line with me to solve other problems I was having with my phone. I'm so grateful to him!!”

“We switched to US Mobile from our pricey VZW post-paid plan based on US Mobile’s competitive no-contract pricing and especially after reading lots of Reddit testimonials emphasizing great experiences with their real live support agents. In most phone support situations it is rare enough to get hold of a live agent, let alone one who can actually help you. One of our devices had some bizarre, once-in-a-blue-moon type complications in the transfer of service. We were escalated to upper tier technical support fairly quickly and we experienced some really superb service. The issue we had was an extraordinarily odd and rare problem, nonetheless our assigned agent, Nobel, did everything possible to get things working. He spent about 3 or 4 hours on the phone with me (which I was told was an extremely unusual occurrence, all the usual problems are solved in MUCH less time) Nobel worked through every possible solution with me, well past the designated end of his shift. He immediately called me back the several times we got disconnected or had to power devices off for testing and he remained extremely patient, courteous, and hospitable for the entirety of this saga. The issue was fixed in the end and Nobel comped some free stuff for us for all the trouble. Despite these initial hurdles, I can say we are definitely pleased with our initial experience with US Mobile based on the support we received from Nobel and the rest of the Technical Support team we interacted with.”
