“Excellent customer service. Fatima was the rep that helped us with an unfortunate situation. We purchased new phones through Pinwheel for our kids. The Samsung phones weren't recognized by the SIM cards that Pinwheel sent with the phones when we tried activating the service online. Initially, Fatima said we needed to wait until Monday to resolve the problem. Unexpectedly, she called us back a couple of hours later and was able to walk us through the setup process over the phone. This was not a standard request for service. Fatima never gave up! If there was something she didn't know, she would put us on a brief hold and get the needed information. I was so impressed from start to finish. Thanks, Fatima!”

“I have had technical problems with US Mobile while trying to get my issue straightened out. I spent most of my evening yesterday trying to get my phone to send texts and connect with internet when my wifi was on. I had numerous on line chats that kept getting disconnected which meant every time I tried to either call or chat I would get a different person and have to go over my problem. They finally sent me a message with instructions how to fix it myself. Today I found problem was not fixed. I tried to do an online chat but I have explained their ineffectiveness. They send multiple choice questions so quickly I couldn't even read them before they were sending more. Then they would say they were getting no response from me and drop the message. I am sure you can tell my unhappiness with chat solutions. They give US Mobile I bad name. Well, as bad as they were today I had the overwhelming good luck to talk to Muhammah Aliyan. He was very courteous and patient. He knew how to help me and walked me through the solution to fix my problem. He checked my phone by sending me texts and having me access my internet. He did not drop the call or get frustrated with me for not knowing things like Access Point Names, Proxy, MMs or how to access them. He really helped lift the feeling of utter dread I had knowing I would have a repeat of yesterday. I am 73 years old and not tech savvy but I am a baby boomer and there are more of our age than any other. US Mobile should have the chat people learn how to deal with people. But, I couldn't have been happier with Muhammuh. And coming from me, that is saying something.”

“I just got off the phone with Nobel, who solved my phone problem today! He was so patient in diagnosing the issue, explaining what he knew, and helping me try fix the phone. I was delighted when his advice worked. I have always found service at US Mobile to be swift and effective! I am grateful for the round-the-clock support that has gotten me connected again whenever needed. Thank you, Nobel and US Mobile!”
