I recently had issues with sending group messages and sending and receiving picture messages on my Samsung Galaxy S20. I spoke to quite a few support technicians concerning the issues and they weren't resolved. This morning I spoke with a live agent Nobel. He was able to resolve the issues. He had me do a series of things that took some time. He was very patient and explained everything in detail before going to the next steps.

Just switched from AT&T to US mobile. Was a real process but customer service at US Mobile was great. Muhammad Aliyan was my last representative and he was awesome. Had to stay on hold with me for almost 30 minutes due to issues with AT&T. He was only one of 4 people who helped me during this process and they were all great! Happy to be on board with good cell service and saving money too😀

I've been having so much trouble switching from another carrier over to us mobile. After numerous calls with several representatives and spending 30-60 minutes with each call, the switch was unsuccessful. Some of the representatives are not trained very well to troubleshoot the problem and would give me all sorts of excuses ie. your transfer pin is wrong (it was not), your IMEI was incorrect, etc. I figured I'll just call back until I get someone that knows what they're doing, that person was Khurraim. He knew what to do and was on the phone with me the entire time until we were able to switch over. It was obvious he was more knowledgeable and experienced. Khurraim spoke great English and that made the phone call go much smoother, unlike some of the other agents that barely speak English so there was definitely some difficulty in comprehending. Ask for Khurraim if the other agents can't help you. Glad he was able to finally resolve the issue.

I spoke with Ahsan Ejaz and he was very good with helping me with porting over my number and troubleshooting my phone issue. and just a very patient and nice person.

Zakria was EXCELLENT with helping me reactivate my account with US Mobil. My reactivation was an all day event due to the previous carrier greatly lacked customer service! Zakria did several conference calls in an effort to complete the transaction. He was through, patient, and very professional. He is an instrumental asset to US Mobil!!!!!! Give him a raise please!!!

I was having issues with MMS messages when I switched over to US Mobile. I talked to a few techs who were all very nice and tried to help me but when I was finally connected with Nobel he helped me resolve it!! Very happy with US Mobile and their customer service so far. A+

Usman, the man with the plan in Pakistan, was more proactive, adept, socially present, and has a better grasp of the English language PLUS interacting with a different culture, easily,neutrally, and with panache. BIG thanks, Usman, for setting the bar for quick, easy, and congenial customer service! (Thank your parents as well. They did good~)

Very pleased with our switch to USMobile, call quality has been great. I had an issue with receiving MMS messages from emails, but their tech support worked diligently till the issue was resolved.

Vissaam, provided absolutely fantastic Customer Service! I had a lot of trouble with my Voicemail not changing. He staid on the phone and troubleshoot my issue until it was resolved. Vissam is an amazing employee and I hope U.S. Mobile does whatever they can to keep him. I highly recommend a very sizeable raise! Thank you Vissam! Because of you, I am a happy U.S. Mobile customer!

I would like to say I usually don't give reviews, but I am making a point to come to this site to let any one know that the customer service is the best in being patience and polite in helping your customer needs with your service. Novel helped me with a update in my debit card where I forgot to update expiration date and cvv code. He was very patience and very clear in his directions for me to follow on the website. The best part is you are not transferred to multiple agents and spend hours with customer service. One person and mission is complete! The prices re real and very well planned. This is the way service should be and they run off of Verizon and T-mobile towers.

Customer service rep Asim did an excellent job in getting my phones set up with new sim cards and also switched one of my phones from T-Mobile to Verizon. It was a tedious job but he was very patient and gave great instructions to help with everything. I've been very pleased overall with the customer support available. I switched both phones to the pool plan which is a great option for us.
