“I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the excellent and professional service provided me today by your representative Saha Noor. I've had an issue that has been plaguing me since beginning service with US Mobile (on number 316-619-6399) just about two months ago. I first encountered the problem the day I activated service and after two live chats and more than 75 minutes on the phone with another representative, I was left with no solution. I was told my case would be escalated to an advanced team but I never heard back from anyone (as I had been promised). Today, I finally gathered the nerve to dive into this issue yet again and was very lucky to connect with Saha Noor! Saha was very patient as I explained my problem and past efforts to resolve it. She was empathetic and asked excellent probing questions to troubleshoot my service. (To make a very long story short) Saha spent the next 2 hours on the phone with me doing all she could to resolve my problem. All the while I found her to be competent, efficient, friendly and calm . Her attitude stayed positive and upbeat and she never made me feel guilty for taking so much of her time. Unlike the previous representatives I interacted with, Saha FIXED my problem! She then fully tested the fix to ensure the solution was solid and that I would not need to call back again. 🙂 After more than 20 years with Verizon Wireless I admit that prior to today I had started to doubt my move to US Mobile. Thanks to the superior support provided by Saha Noor, I can now say that I am VERY confident I made a great decision! Please thank Miss Noor for her outstanding work today. I encourage you to look to her to mentor others in quality customer care!”

“I had a terrible experience with the online support, luckily I called and Kyzer helped me out. He was great, polite, promised me a callback and he did. He reached me out with a positive resolution and I’m so glad I was able to be helped by him.”

“Your associate Areeb Irian was very helpful in establishing a service with US MOBILE, for my wife and I while we are in the USA. Our technical skills are very limited and Areeb was very patient with us in getting us connected to your network. If only all customer service agents were as dedicated and supportive of quality customer service. Areeb’s customer service skills were very much appreciated. Our thanks to Areeb.”

“Iqra Azad was both professional and very patient as she helped me clear up my confusion over my plan options and billing. The reason I switched my phone service plan was because of the ability to talk directly to a customer representative. It was so refreshing to be able to experience the quality of assistance offered by Iqra! US Mobil will certainly be a successful company because of employees such as Iqra.”

“I had the pleasure of dealing with Iqra Azad. She was professional and solved my problem with my AUTOPAY which had my old credit card that was lost and then cancelled. I forgot to update the the AUTOPAY with the new credit card information. She got my phone numbers reinstated. I have had AT&T and Verizon and VISIBLE(VERIZON offshoot, which only has CHAT). The customer service at US MOBILE I find to be better and more helpful.”

“I recently had to call tech support because plain and simple I made some mistakes and screwed my account up. your associate Ghazanfar Ali was incredibly helpful and patient and I could not possibly be happier. Been a customer coming up on a year and a half maybe even 2 years and I tell everyone who will listen how good my experience has been keep up the good work.”
