When I called customer service and talked to Syed Ihsaan he was very patient and took the time to help me through the transfer of my phone number. I couldn't have asked for better service. He verified everything, helped me when needed, and it all worked out just as it should and as I expected. Great job. Thank you Syed!

Hello my name is Jill Brannon and I would like to leave feedback on my customer service with the agent or operator who gave me service today with us mobile and his name is ammar ranjha. I have called and requested service maintenance or repair troubleshooting my device and their service at the time of 7:47 p.m. on January 16, 2023. I've been with multiple carriers and I've never had more excellent service than the agent has given me today.He has outstanding communication was very attentive and really was striving to reach anything and everything that he could do above and beyond for me, the agent also had fallen through with everything he said and gave me my customer call back like other carriers usually do not after they say they will. He had taken his time with me and there was no rush and really did a great detailed job. He was also very knowledgeable in his profession working with us mobile he was very knowledgeable about fixing and correcting the issue as well as great with skills as far as customer service as driving above and beyond for the customer and I would love for US Mobile to be informed that they need a hundred more like him because of him and only because of him I choose to be a US Mobile customer and he has great leadership skills and very patient and I would like to see this representative that I had the pleasure to speaking with today to be informed of his awesome skills and dedication and service for u.s. Mobile's customers and would love to see some kind of token of compensation for his dedication and hardworking. Although it would be so great to have him in the same Department that he is and now because we need a thousand of him but unfortunately I think he needs to be bumped up or promoted to a more higher position possibly of management or engineering for us mobile company. Truly I hope US Mobile recognizes what Jim they have I would like to have a follow-up on my email or my comment here to whomever it concerns to make sure what I am speaking of does not fall on deaf ears or tired fingers lol :) Thank you Ammar for your outstanding EXCELLENT SERVICE AND dedication.

he is great he is knowledgeable savvy friendly funny you should make him a manager or assistant manager in my opinion took the time patience and I have my phone activated my sim activated my phone going and thank God for him amen God bless you

Aizaz Khattak was excellent. He helped me activate two lines that were stuck in pending state and usmobile did not see that phones in the network. He was also patient which I really appreciated. Now I have the whole family on usmobile.

Samad provided simply outstanding customer service. He restored my visual voicemail after I ported my Pixel 7 from Total Wireless. Turns out this is a problem common to many users of the Pixel 7. Despite my initial cluelessness about what visual voicemail is and how it works, Samad was nonetheless patient with my confusion, and ultimately I had no visual voicemail for a month or so due to my own fault and misunderstanding (and stubbornness). When I called back attempting to re-activate it today, he patiently explained to me the issue until I understood, walked me through steps and re-sets for almost an hour on a landline, and now it works again! Hallelujah. Usually when I call customer service for any large company the representatives are either impatient, incompetent, or both. Samad possesses that rare alchemy of technical expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and the patience of a saint. Problem resolved. He should get a promotion and a raise. Better yet - he should become a customer service tech consultant for Fortune 500 businesses. I haven't had this level of satisfaction in years.

My phone had stopped working due some verizon maintenance. Muhammad Aliyan from US Mobile helped in resolving the issue by making some changes on both the end.

I had trouble with our phones saying (no voice calling). Talked to two service reps and they said Verizon was doing maintenance. Called a third time and talked to Nobel. He stayed with me for 3 hours to try and fix our problem. Could not fix problem, but figured a solution to fix problem. Ordered 2 new sim cards and if they not fix problem, we have to buy new phones

​After spending days on the phone with Tracfone (who sent me a free replacement phone which they still could not get to connect) I found US Mobile which is available in my remote area of Maine. I first spoke with Aram who patiently explained what I had to get from Tracfone to port my number over. With his advice I was successful in porting my number over to US Mobile. I was impressed. When I called back to continue setup I got Sharoz Ali who spent two hours trying to get my phone(s) to work. Apparently my phones are locked and I would have to call Tracfone, again, to unlock them. I just couldn't suffer through another call with them. Sharoz was so patient, thorough and polite and really listened. It is so rare to get such great phone support with people who are truly interested in helping their customers. After reading other reviews I see excellent support is standard procedure for any US Mobile customer who calls needing help. After spending so long on a tech support call you would think I'd have given up. But instead I bought a new phone from US Mobile at a reasonable price just because I want to do business with this company. Instead of giving up, I am looking forward to getting my new phone and becoming part of the US Mobile family. Thank you so much for having respectful, caring representatives. I look forward to a long and uneventful relationship with US Mobile.
