“Their workers have been always there 24/24 to answer to my worries and challenges. I felt fulfilled though I had to migrate given that I couldn't get your network signal in the apartment basement where I live. Each time I have to make a call I must move to the window and sometime I will not succeed and will be obliged to move outside. I also missed very important calls and people kept complaining they tried calling me in vain. Thanks for your great services. Julius Wirnkar”

“It saved me lots of money. It is a problem when people get on the phone and won't get off and talk about nothing. Text are great too until people start sending them with one work, 40 text to say what could be said in 1. Text not sending pictures, attachments and group messages made it necessary for friends and family to single me out and send emails where they send text to everyone else. Wifi I've missed but it is at home and many places I visit and everyone else around has it if needed. When unlimited text, email and some wifi are needed it is cheaper at another carrier like Walmart.”

“Even though I am leaving US Mobile, their off boarding process was simple, and efficient. The kind service agent I spoke to was able to help me port my number, and I enjoyed my time at US Mobile. If not for my rising data needs (and unfortunately rising costs) I would have happily stayed. Thank you.”
