“Samsung Note 8 is having issues using SUPER LTE. Because of CDMA not showing in network. I called 2 representatives that could not help and informed me to discontinue use of superLTE and just use standard. Upon trying to switch the 3rd Representative named Hassan asked if I would try another method before switching. So I said sure, he advised to set my phone back to FACTORY settings. After doing so I have 100% service! I am absolutely enjoying my phone.”

“SIM card order delivered in a few days. Mistakenly made several duplicate orders when choosing my plan but they were swiftly spotted and fixed by USMobile staff within days without me asking anything. Thumbs up!!!”
