“Came from VZ. Wasn't pleased with them. USM is so easy to deal with. Very short wait for a rep to get help via chat. And then they help! Kamil Khan was great. Also priced below other service providers. Couldn't be happier.”

“U.S. mobile has great customer service. They have patiently helped me troubleshoot through my many questions. I am typing this review at 1:20am and Kamran Z. just helped me figure out how to get LTE data on my new phone. They are polite, pleasant, and most importantly, always help me solve my issues. I love the unlimited plan and I'm on the Verizon network -- win win! I am recommending this service to my friends and family.”

“Chat support is the best I have ever encountered. Almost immediate. Abdulah was super helpful. I am pre-disposed to not liking offsore call centers but this company has chosen well. My constructive criticism: bringing your number over is not as straight forward as it should be. If you are currently using Verizon, then you need to ask support for a "fake" IMEI to port it over. Also, make sure that you do not deactivate your Verison account before attempting to port over. Otherwise, the service has been very good, the connectivity is good and the features and price are very good.”

“excellent service, Aaron Wylie helped me to transfer to a new plan, added multiple megabytes of data even in the interim period, before my new regular payment period and explained how to use it,and how to set it while outside and not to waste it while at home. Thanks to Aaron and to us mobile.”

“Best service I have ever found. It is the only service that actually works here in my home. And when I had an issue with my hotspot I contacted us mobile and Aaron Wylie helped me and he was great. He fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. He was great.”

“US Mobile offers great coverage and easy setup. In terms of customer service, I had a quick question about text roll-overs which was answered very quickly. Aaron Wylie, my customer service attendant, explained the situation and gave me the texts I had thought would roll over from the month before. The US Moblie chatting feature within the app is really great for these kinds of customer service questions. Definitely a 5-star worthy company!”

“US Mobile delivers great value for the money. You can customize your plan month-to-month, and pay for exactly want you need in terms of call minutes, text, and data, and nothing more. Their website is very simple and intuitive, and the customer service agents are excellent. I'm deducting a star because they can improve in how they handle MMS (group texts, and pics / videos over text). You need to pay for a data plan and the plan quota is used anytime you send an MMS. By contrast, our Verizon plan has unlimited MMS even for a limited data cap, and the data quota doesn't count against MMS. Other than that, US Moblie is excellent!”

“Khurram H. provided technical support for me today. As usual, he was patient and persistent in solving my minor but elusive issue. US Mobile is more than satisfactory for my moderate phone service needs, and the rates for unlimited service are also very good, with good service on top of that.”

“Great pricing, superb customer service, all the features I want and none of the extras ($$$) I don't! If you are looking for a single line, quit messing around with deals that only save you money if you buy four phones or whatever! US Mobile makes saving money with a single line a piece of cake!”
