“Just got done assembling my new plow and more than pleased at this time. I can't believe how fast the shipping was. Ordered Friday morning and received it Saturday. Easy to put together and mount on my machine.”

“Received the plow and accessories. the instructions were easy to follow and it was easy to assemble. The first snow was heavy and wet, about 3-4 inches. The ranger pushed through it with ease and the plow performed flawlessly even at the snowbank at the end of the driveway where the snowplow had gone by.”

“I recently purchased a lot of accessories, Including my portals from UTV Direct, I had upwards of 15 deliveries. Everything was delivered very quickly and I had only one mishap where there was some hardware missing and with a quick email, I had the hardware within days. Darren was a great help through my purchases and handled everything impeccably! I would recommend purchasing anything you need for your machine through UTV Direct. 22' RMAX Owner”

“I am very disappointed with the fact that the wrong flap part was sent to me at no fault of myself. The lack of communication on when the correct one will be sent to me as winter is coming. All we received was an email on how to send back the incorrect one but with no mention on how the issue caused by your company was going to fixed. After sending a follow up email about the correct flap that should have been sent at the start will be sent , which I don’t feel like I should have done. I still have not received anything back from your company and will be sending yet another email as this is something we have paid for. The customer service has be extremely disappointing. At this point with the amount of frustration and lack of communication we don’t plan on ordering from your company anytime in the near future if ever .”
