“I'm disappointed on the last purchase from UTV. I used the program that allows you to put your Year Make and model.. then looked for that part . It said it would fit my UTV. Not even close it was way to large for my RZR. I filled out the return forms to get approval. Approval for credit was approved but I am responsible for freight cost which was near $45...nuts. I do not believe this was my fault. Either the vendor sent me the wrong unit or the UTV direct program is not model specific but more generic. Either way should not be my responsibility....”

“The KFI winch kit installed easily. The kit was missing the longer battery cables which turned out was an extra expense. I called utv direct and was told it needed an additional kit that could have been ordered at the time of the winch and would have included the free shipping. The price for the cables were reasonable. The resolve was they ordered them for me and waived the shipping charge. Great experience. Would have given a 5 star rating except for the cables should have been included in the kit since it was specifically for my Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT1000.”
