“The Plastic clamps for attaching the rear window to the frame cage post didn’t work. I had to use some old Velcro straps I had. When I checked with your customer for help with providing Velcro straps the person would not help me.”

“When I had ordered a belt from ETV direct, I had inadvertently put in the wrong part number. I had ordered it online on Saturday much do I surprise Monday morning? I got a phone call from UT direct explaining I had ordered the wrong one for my machine and they had changed it and just wanted to let me know they had to change the part number. Very happy with their service definitely five star.”

“Excellent customer service, Ordered Fender flairs for my Ridge Crew as i couldnt find them anywhere. Canadain friends, they are great to deal with and fast shipping to Canada through FedEx so you dont pay the massive UPS Broker Fees.”
