“While I didn't have a problem with the website...I did however not approve of receiving my purchased item in a KIT form. I don't appreciate having to use my time, and as it turns out having to purchase a torque screwdriver. Also the instructions warning of all the things I could do wrong that would void the warranty! The whole thing was written like an avoidance of responsibility by the company. You may have saved some money by shipping the item in a collapsed form, but I have many better things to do than put together something I should'nt have needed to. I have begun to warn all my trail riding friends about the trap you get into buying one of these windows. I am very disappointed at the total experience.”
