“Website is easy to navigate. Phone sales person was knowledgeable and friendly. I ordered a windshield that would not be available for shipping for about a month, I requested that he not charge my credit card until the windshield is shipped to me. He said that is not how they do it. I think that is an unfriendly somewhat greedy business practice that should be changed. Mark Nolan, businesses owner for 31 years.”

“Ordering online was easy. Parts that were back ordered had an anticipated release date like my mirrors but I’m now 4 days past the anticipated release date with no contact from UTV direct with any updates on my mirrors as they said they would do.”
