“Received part of order very quickly, another part of shipment was sent via USPS and I still have not received this item. I am sure it is due to USPS issues, but seems odd to send parts of order with different carriers. It has been 14 days now.”

“I wanted to add this bracket to save my winch line, I had to modify it to fit my set up because I have a power actuator. It is a very well made piece up to KFI standards. It did make my winch line basically a straight shot from the fair lead to this mount. I have not had a chance to use it much to see if it saves the line, but it has to be a better setup!”

“The only reason I didn’t go with the 5 star was because my payment account was charged twice to cover the pending of the amount. Not real pleased about having a addition $800.00 tied up and for something that says payment was received. Especially during the holidays when that money would be used for holiday shopping. Talked to Amazon and they explained the need to hold the funds to assure payment. If you have received your payment then there is no reason to be holding an additional same amount that is not in my account and available. Very displeased and was unaware that this was going to happen.”

“I had a somewhat difficult time at the pay point. It appeared to me to only allow PayPal or Amazon as a pay option. I thought, well, this is new and I didn't want to pay with either. So, it was my confusion but a website issue. Yo dot confuse the customer especially at the point of pay. I received a very quick and courteous email explaining the process. I have yet to receive my purchase but expect within a couple of days.”

“The customer service is very good. I appreciate the concern to prevent fraudulent orders and making an extra call on my end wasn't a problem. I would have appreciated a little more communication when I came to the shipping. My order came as 4 separate packages in 4 different shipments but I only got 2 tracking numbers.”
