“I was impressed at first but after I received my plow I was not told of the factory back order for the mount, leaving me with a thousand dollar purchase that sat in my drive way for almost a month until a plate came in. Over all easy to deal with, American people on the phone, I’m in happy it took so long but I’ll give 3/5 for having Americans answering the phone!”

“The website is very easy to use and I know what I order will fit my UTV. However, I ultimately ordered the Kolpin half doors from their website. Same price as UTV Direct but they didn’t charge $50 for shipping.”

“The company is good however on shipping my package has been sitting in Ohio at the same place for 5 days. Now. I tell the company about it and they say it'll get to you. Well that's not a very good dang response. Maybe call this stupid post office and figure out why it's sitting in the same place for 5 days. I need my package so that I can file my damn snow. The company didn't really seem to care about my shipping concerns”
