“Bought rhino 2.0 front axles, after 9 days of no communication I emailed them only to find out that not only were the parts not in stock like it said on the web site the gal I talked to said the manufacturer didn't even make them. (Even though I bought them from another site). Will not get anymore of my business”

“Made a phone call this morning to order a part and ask a question. The guy that answered the phone was super-nice. Questions resolved. While I have you here, I want to offer one observation... LOVE YOUR WEBSITE, BUT HATE HOW SLOW IT LOADS! We are talking 1993 AOL dial-up internet connection speed loading pictures. You deserve better. It's very off-putting, almost to the point that you want to go look somewhere else for parts / accessories. Upgrade that website ; - )”
