“Lady I spoke with on the phone was super nice, spent the time to get me what I needed as well. I deal with folks on the phone all day long and most are not pleasant. This was a nice interaction!”

“Very good customer service. I was contacted by UTV Direct to review the order and it determined that the part I had selected would not work with the specific model of side by side. Bill helped me select the correct part from several options they offered and provided installation tips as well. Will return for more parts in the future!”
