“Utv was good. Product didn't have enough weatherstripping to go all the way around the windshield. Windshield seems to be really well built. Installation instructions for install were good but no wiring instructions which made it really difficult. Luckily I have wore many different stereos and other car assesories so I was able to figure it out. If you have not I wouldn't recommend buying.”

“Your prices are a little high on some stuff. Also I ordered something that was on back order and was told I would receive it by the end of the month. No problem. Then when the time got close and the item was still not ready to ship I canceled it. That part was no problem ether, however I had ordered 2 items and I had already received 1 of the items already and when I cancelled my order they took off the coupon I had applied and still chardeged me full price for the shipping. The item i did receive ended up costing double and made it a waist of money. That was very disappointing. And I'm not sure I will order from them again. Sad cause the customer service was great. I spoke to Bill and he was fantastic and is the only good thing about the experience.”

“"Poor return policy" After two phone calls with a factory regarding an improper fitting tire mount and a request for a return here is the response I got. I definitely see your concerns, but between FactoryUTV themselves and all of their dealers hundreds of these are sold a week and there are never any issues with them. Beth has been there a very, very long time and I trust what she says. You can still return it if you do not want to install and use but you would be responsible for shipping back and they FactoryUTV does charge a restock fee, I just wanted you to be aware.
