“I was sold a winch package that did not work together with its' individual components, or on my UTV 0r as the intended advertised use and was told to purchase parts that were not required. A Total Fobar....and not once offered anything except and exchange of a mount that did not work and was replaced with one of lesser value. In short, lots of other choices out there, don't use these guys.”

“The parts were delivered in 3 separate order within a few day. The remote didn't work for the winch but the service department was great and sent new parts in a few days. Had a couple crimps on the winch cables that were weak but I recrimped and its working OK.”

“Web site takes awhile to open, but when I called a asked a question about a product they were great help, bought product, shipping not happy, with that being said it isn’t UTV fault. Hope it gets here soon.”
