“I called to discuss my order and found customer service very helpful and knowledgeable. I was referred to a very nice gentleman,Darren, to discuss delivery, I have problems with UPS in my area. He assured me he would have my orders handled by FedEx and it was done. I also wanted to be assured about UTVDIRECT and was put at ease by the people I talked with. With so many unsavory people making you cautious about buying the first time. Thanks to all who helped make my experience great.”
