“My item was not delivered on time. I called in several times and although I was promised a delivery date, UTV direct would not accept responsibility for the late delivery.”

“I mistakenly ordered the wrong size item for my Polaris Ranger. They personally reached out several times to ensure the correct bed sizing before shipping which saved me lots of headache. Old school service. Definitely recommend.”

“Darren at online support was best service I’ve had in quite a while while! I always half expect to get ignored when I send an email. He was super helpful and responsive.
