“Excellent concept, highly convenient and necessary service - need to market it widely so train, plane & automobile travellers from overseas know about it ... I wish I'd known about it a month earlier when first landed in the U.S. of A. So glad I was told about it though, I was able to go to the Golden Gate Bridge, without luggage in tow.😃”

“Vertoe was exactly what we needed. Easy signup, convenient drop off location (for us, in downtown Seattle in Pioneer Sq) and friendly staff. Much easier and cheaper than having to schlep all our bags to/from our hotel across town.”

“Leaving our bags at this location for the day was the easiest thing we’ve done on vacation so far, and our bags were safe and secure! The freedom to wander the city sans luggage was 100% worth it.”

“I stored my bags at a Vertoe location inside of a bike shop in New York City. It was busy when I got there to drop-off and when I got there to pick-up, but neither visit took more than a few minutes. Someone promptly helped me tag my bags when I got there and promptly retrieved them when I got back to pick them up.”

“Our plans were unavoidably changed, and we did not get to use the service we'd paid for in advance. Our fault, not theirs. I'm confident the service would have been very good. Just wish we hadn't had to pay in advance.”

“It was a relief to have our luggage stored instead of trying to carry it around all day in the city! It was an easy process. Our back packs were safe while we were out and about. Easy to get when we returned. For clarity our bags were kept in the back of the store near the cash register, not lockers. I would highly recommend. Thank you.”

“This is a great idea and service. However, our location had no address marker and nothing at all to identify it causing a 15 minute delay. You need a sign or something to identify it.”
