“I was expecting to have lockers for our luggage that we could lock. Instead we left our luggage at a convenience store. The clerk was there and said he would watch the luggage. This, in the moment, was a leap of faith. I felt better because Vertoe was extremely responsive to my inquiries. I emailed them and they immediately responded. Contacted the shop keeper and then got back to me that our belongings were safe. This was the first time I used this service. I would use it again.”

“Convenient, affordable, professional, and secure. Glad I found this company! My sister and I still had more exploring to do after our check out time, so we were able to store our luggage through Vertoe.”

“I needed and scheduled a place from 3-10pm and booked the place given to me on the app. Then upon arrival the place said they close at 7pm. I lost out on 3 hours in Manhattan. Cannot believe App.”

“The woman who « welcomed » us was very unpleasant, we almost thought we were bothering her! This is the only negative point, the service is really convenient for the price!”

“I didn’t think they would keep the suitcases just in front of the cashier. I thought they would be inside a room, but well, they seemed like they hadn’t moved. The service was alright and the booking service as well.”

“I was relectant at first not knowing if this was a legitimate system to hold my stuff. However, it was great. It was simple and fast leaving my luggage here for about 5 hours so that I could freely roam around and explore before my flight. Highly recommend reserving a spot beforehand as it gets booked fast.”

“We had a couple of hours in NYC before leaving. But you cannot wondering around Times Sq with your luggages. So we dropped them off by Port Authority at Vertoe. Was really helpful!”
