“Very smooth and clear booking process with clear instructions for drop-off. The employees at the gift shop where I left my luggage were helpful and nice, and wouldn't let me take my bags without showing the proof that they were mine, which I appreciated.”

“This is an excellent service! Vertoe is fast, cheap and easy to use. The store I dropped my bags at was in a great location, and there were many people also dropping their bags so I felt comfortable even though it was my first time using the service. My bags were returned in perfect condition. I’ll definitely use this service again wherever I travel.”

“We were a party of 5 ,we had to check out from our airbnb at 12 noon and our flight was at 10 PM from JFK,NY. We needed a luggage store for the day...I googled our options..Vertoe seemed to outsource the process to 3rd party stores around Manhattan and Penn station. I decided to give them a try ,i thought that if i went to the storage store and thought they were shady ,i would just charge back my credit card and look for another... So i booked with Vertoe app, the app gave me directions to the store and a photo of the store front.. I reached the store. It was a small boutique Sports goods store with a middle aged manager..The guy was super nice and friendly and looked very trust worthy.. He put our luggage at a separate area of the store and tagged them..We got back to him in several hours...Every thing was the way it was left... It was a very positive experience..Will definitely use them again all around my travel..”

“The location wasn't hard to find and the person at the convenience store was efficient and courteous. Check in and check out took just a couple of minutes. When planning where to leave my bag I found the website a little difficult to navigate at first.”

“This was our first time using Vertoe. We had such an amazing experience; it was relatively cheap, convenient and definitely safe to drop our luggage at the place that we did.
