“Complete rip-off. Fake address. Showed up with my bag and the location was in a construction site.”

“Everything was fine. I dropped off my luggage and the people at the hotel was very kind. When I came back to pick it up I found my luggage safe. This was the first time I used this service & I highly recommend it.”

“Had to wait for person with keys... Had to carry luggage down dangerous staircase and into dungeon like room with low ceilings (where I banged my head). Never again.”

“Honestly, this was exactly what I wanted / needed. Was very happy to see that there was a service that could take my bags. The actual app / website was confusing. I was looking for a vertoe store. You need to make it clear you're dropping it off at a partnering establishment. The service is much needed good idea!”

“The staff was good. However, the location at Hollywood was not clear on the entrance. A simple signage is needed for customers to see at the address as where or how to get around to the back of the laundry shop.”

“I was traveling internationally and needed a safe place to leave my bag and extra items that I was not gonna be using on my upcoming trip. I found it easy to find a secure location and drop off my baggage. To my delight it was there when I returned with no problems”

“This is a great service for those travelers who have to check out of their hotel or Airbnb but have several hours before a flight. I was able to leave my luggage and tour the city and eat all before having to head to the airport.”

“Never heard of Vertoe before !! Googled somewhere to leave bags in New York during the last day before catching flight home. All very easy to do, dropped bags at gift shop, got security tags, picked bags back up a few hours later. Couldn't have been any easier, will use again.”
