“This is legit. My bag was stored safely in the store and everything in my bag was left as is. If you’re looking for a place to store your bag or luggage, I would recommend using this service.”

“Using Vertoe was a breeze - inexpensive, fast and easy! We dropped our bags off at the given location without fuss, and picked it up later without any problems. Payment was done online and the entire transaction was cashless. My only complaint is the limited range of locations provided thus far. Where we deposited our bags was around a 20 minute walk from our train station, which wasn't ideal. I hope to see more locations being included in the service soon.”

“Convenient locations. Didn’t seem too secure with it just being in a gift shop, but there seemed to be someone keeping an eye on the bags personally. The guy tried to put the zip tie on the bag handle, but I had him put it through the zipper tans to secure it. I guess the handle is fine if your bag is already locked. Overall, worked well and didn’t take much time to drop off or pick up.”

“I wanted to l leave my luggage somewhere on New Year’s day and all the lockers in the train station were closed, but thanks to vertoe we could leave our bags in a convenient spot with an affordable price, with no worries of dragging it around. Would recommend this service to any tourists!”

“Super easy to use and had us not worry about our bags on a busy day without accomodation. Usually, the last day when we travel we like placing the flight back home late so we still do things where we are and without this service we would have to have gone to the airport straight from our airbnb..”

“Really great service! It's so simple to book online. I chose a location that's just a few minute walk from Port Authority. Drop off and collection were prompt and easy. Vertoe really made my stay in NY extremely convenient.”

“Having a place to leave our luggage in SoHo allowed us to travel the area with ease. Although our luggage was safe, the customer service was minimal. Once our luggage was tagged, we were instructed to bring it to the back, of the store, There was not clearly designated area, either at the back of the store, or up the stairs in front of us. After waiting a few minutes, and trying to figure out what to do, we needed to again go to the front of the store to ask for additional assistance. Someone then came and helped us. The store was not busy at the time The website was having diffulty when I was trying to book a location, The rep on the chat was VERY helpful”

“I was shocked to learn that the location I left my suitcase at, was more than a sketchy neighborhood. The people at the store only spook very broken English and they were more bothered than happy with my booking. What I disliked to most, was that they didn't really store my suitcase in a safe place. They just put it in the middle of their grocery store. The idea of this whole thing is nice, but the execution was horrible.”

“The service is very convenient, but I don't know if I will be using it again. It did not give a sense of security. We dropped off our luggage, laptops, etc. into a tiny convenience store and they literally had us put them in the middle of the aisle. Right next to the soup and peanut butter. We got everything back without issue, but it was just too sketchy to use again. We thought it would at least be taken to a closet or the back of the store or something.”
