“We needed a place to store our bags for the day. The storage was in a gift shop around the corner from our stay. It was easy to get to and the staff was helpful and happy to take the bags. Great service thanks”

“Finding the drop off place was the hardest part of this experience. Otherwise it was quick, easy and affordable. Would recommend more specificity about name of this place.”

“Vertoe was amazing! I was wandering the city last minute due to a delayed flight and was able to store my bags so I did have to lug around a suitcase all day. Would recommend to anyone!!”

“Needed a place to store our luggage for the day while we were sightseeing. Checked our luggage in and went about our business came back to pickup the luggage and it was ready to go. Not a bad price and very convenient and easy.”

“Very easy to use. The location I used had us place our bags near the front desk (it was a dry cleaners), they were tagged, and we took a photo of our belongings. Everything ended up being OK, but our bags necessarily didn't seem that safe since they were just sitting at the front entry way. Since we were in NYC, we would have felt a bit more safe if the bags were placed behind the desk so you couldn't see them right when you walk in (or walk by from the outside).”

“It works and it's effective and cheap. That said, the place my girlfriend and I stored our luggage was: a) Not extremely easy to locate b) Seemed questionable as it was just a souvenir store. c) The zip ties that were placed on the bags weren't placed through the zippers. Just through the handle meaning the bags could've been opened still, which means minimal security.”

“i'd never heard of vertoe. i discovered it while facing the dilemma of what to do with my and my daughters' bags in LA while we waited out the hours—8 of them—before we could get into our rented airbnb. a quick search introduce me to vertoe and competitors. i chose vertoe because of the reviews and because i found a participating facility about .019 miles from our rental. the app works flawlessly. we were booked and knew the address w/in minutes. the facility, a nearby laundromat, was staffed by friendly, helpful people who knew exactly why we were there. they had blue numbered tags that they adhered to each of our bags and suggested we photograph for proof and identification. they checked my ID, walked back our bags, and we were freed for the day. highly recommend this efficient, cost-effective, smart system. it's also a benefit to the small businesses who get an additional revenue stream.”
