“I'm so glad I was able to use Vertoe on my very last day in NYC (as my Airbnb didn't allow me to store my bags there after check-out). It really saved me a lot of time and unnecessary worrying. I also admire your company's 'instant refund upon cancellation' policy which is practically unheard of these days!! Unfortunately I had to cancel my Vertoe booking in Boston - I cancelled and emailed to follow-up, and very pleasantly got a quick response to my email from a member of your customer team acknowledging it and the refund to be processed. :) :) My only complaint is you guys don't operate in Orlando! Where I'm pretty sure a lot of cruise ship patrons and theme park enthusiasts will really love havimg Vertoe around to store their luggage for the day. :)”

“This is a great "hidden" service for tourists in big cities. Yes, most hotels will hold your luggage for you, but my problem was that my hotel was in the opposite direction of my departing destination. It was nice to check out of my hotel, drop off my bag where I wanted to sightsee and pick it up on my way to the train. The staff at the dropp off location, were very friendly and answered any questions. I found the price a nice surprise. I honestly DO tell everyone I know, to check put this service. I know, I will use it again”
