“Quick sign up process. The store knew exactly what to do. Wasn’t really well marked that the store did luggage check so seemed weird to just leave it with them.”

“Good location and friendly staff. Always double-check the opening hours with the owner. It says until 9PM, but can close sooner, unless you don't request it in your booking.”

“With an 11 am check out and a 5 pm flight, finding a place to store our luggage for the day gave us another full day to explore and enjoy Washington DC. The website was easy to use, the location convenient, and drop-off and pick-up easy.”

“This service was a vacation saver on our recent trip to Seattle! We stayed in an air bnb that didn't hold bags and had an evening flight. This allowed us to maximize our vacation time. So easy to sign up, the designated location was close by and the drop off and pick up process was flawless. I will be telling everyone about it!”

“Easy to book, convenient location near Penn Station, but I had to carry my own bag downstairs to a basement storage area then carry it back up when I was reclaiming it. Also, Stashed charges for 24 hour periods, not calendar days so I would use them if they had a convenient location.”

“I stored my luggage in a restaurant which is 7 mins walk from union station Chicago. Although it was not a proper luggage storage, I found it very convenient to keep my bag there and it just cost me around $5 per bag.”

“The actual location itself and the folks working there were great. They were super friendly and helpful and gave us a bunch of great tips for the area. However, Vertoe charged me twice for a single reservation. I noticed two charges to my credit card, but the Vertoe location only received one reservation. It was only $5 so I didn't fight it, but it's pretty frustrating nonetheless that this simple service is overcharging people. I probably wouldn't use the service again.”

“This service was convenient and quick and pretty inexpensive. The only thing I didn't like was the store where I stored my luggage didn't answer the phone even with the hours listed, we had to wait about an 1hr till it opened.”

“This service was really convenient when I needed to place my luggage somewhere while waiting for my AirBnB to become available. I spent the day exploring downtown Atlanta and was easily able to pick up my bags when I was done.”

“Very convenient location, just across the street from port authority. They keep all the bags in an area at the back of the story, rather than behind a counter, but they seemed very attentive and keeping a good eye. I would definitely use them again.”
