“My first Vertoe experience and I was very impressed. The check-in at Eugene J shop was seamless and amazing because it was right around the corner from my friend who hosted us for the day, which was ideal as it helped us with the 9 hours between airbnb check out and our flight. and I have already encouraged a few friends who are frequent travellers to use your service. Thank you.”

“Boston, bag drop off worked really well. Simple to book, good value and it was easy to drop bags off that gave us freedom to use our last day of our holiday. Highly recommend!”

“Dear whomever may be concern . I am extremely dissatisfied and dessapointed on the website and also the storage facility that stored my luggage. I was taken advantage my misleading information on the website that allowed the storage facility to charge an ridiculous amount. A total of $48 . In the website 5.95 was advertised. I have contacted the storage facility many time ..spoke to different people to no advantage to a possible refund. This website mislead us by not providing an accurate rate . I try to find a number to speak to someone in customer services..no number was found.”

“It's incredibly helpful being able to store your items near popular locations while traveling. The place we stored our bags was slightly sketchy, but the folks were professional and the bag was there when we returned. Definitely would try again!”

“Our experience using Vertoe was flawless. Reserved online ahead of time, and dropping off luggage was easy. I was definitely a little sketched out about leaving my luggage in the back of a store, but honestly it wasn't a problem. There were like 20 or 30 other bags back there when we picked them up at the end of the day and the store owner was there to keep a watchful eye. Would definitely use this service again.”

“Good, efficient service. Would have appreciated clearer signage at the restaurant where I was storing my bags. A sticker on the window or something that explicitly says "this is a Vertoe location" would be helpful”

“Great service!! Easy and accessible. Had a little trouble understanding the concept of why I couldn't get the address until after I paid, felt a little uncomfortable until it all went through and I realize it's for safety's sake which I then really appreciated. Will use this service again!!”
