“Really simple to book. Dropoff and pickup were also easy. The price point is also great - definitely worth being able to travel between Manhattan and Brooklyn without lugging my suitcase around after I checked out of my hotel.”

“Very useful service! Central location and no-fuss drop-off and pick-up. The downside was that it was so no-fuss that our luggage tags weren't even checked when we picked up our bags, which made us feel a little odd.”

“The location was a little difficult to find because it shares an address on the other side of the block, so just be aware! But the man who served us and took our bags was very helpful and even helped us take the metro to get to JFK! Will definitely use in the future.”

“The service and booking was very convenient, but I was disappointed that they never put any tags on our bags and I never got a bag check receipt. After realizing I never got a receipt, I called the bag check location and they assured me that I didn’t need one because they didn’t have many bags checked. But then when I went to get my bags, low and behold they brought out someone else’s bags, after they only asked me for a physical description of our bags. This is very unprofessional and not secure.”

“I thought there would be a better system or lockers or something. We showed up and it was like a pawn shop or cell store and they don’t give you a tag or anything noting what you’re leaving. You take a blind leap of faith. Luckily all our stuff was there when we got back. Felt sketch.”
