“Had to pay before storage location was revealed...a dump of a restaurant in the drug infested Tenderloin, 10 blocks from the Ferry Building location we had requested. Disgusting and completely useless. We paid but did not use the facility. A complete waste of time and money.”

“Quick drop off in Manhattan to explore the city without the burden of carrying our luggage before our flight. Trust worthy with the tamper-proof zipties that can be tied to your luggage zippers. Would recommend!”

“Great location, they were nice. Dropping my bag off was easy and picking it up was a little too easy. They let me head right on to the back and pick up my bag without really checking if my bag really was mine. If someone wanted to they could’ve taken anyone’s bag.”

“The location of the luggage drop off was so convenient to where we were headed for the day. We had come in from a cruise and had 7 hours before our flight and no place to put our luggage. This made it possible to enjoy a day in NYC. The drop off was simple and felt secure! I would highly recommend this service to anyone.”

“Excellent experience. Easy check in and check out. There were a bunch of people also checking in and out at the same time, so you didn't feel nervous or in the wrong place at all. I would definitely use this service again, anytime I travel. It made our lives so much easier. And! it's about 5 minutes away from the Bean. Highly recommend”

“Very nice service. I left my large bag in a place close to the Regan airport, Washington DC and everything went so smoothly. And I left it for the whole week for only $35. Very nice.”

“This Service is very helpful. We were visiting NYC , took a flight from Manchester, NH and landed early morning , needed a place to keep our luggage as we couldnt checkin to any hotel or AirBnb so early. Thanks for providing a wonderful service. Appreciate It!.”

“Efficient drop off and collection. The place is a Quality Mart , suggest to alight off Beacon street if taking an Uber. The storage space is actually hidden at the back of their shop, quite inaccessible, but still open to the public if they are determined to pick your luggage. Recommend locking your backpacks if you have important stuff to store.”

“We arrived in the Port of Seattle early am and our flight home was in the evening. It was incredibly convenient to store our luggage in a location close to town while we explored. The ability to search for the most suitable location was fabulous. m Would recommend this service.”
