“Excellent experience! We stored our bags at a salon near our accommodation. The salon hours were perfect as they were open 7 days a week. Super easy to book and so convenient”

“I would highly recommend Vertoe. I wanted to go to a Miami Marlins game before flying out of Miami. I had already checked out of my Airbnb and I couldn’t take my bag with me do to stadium. I was weighing my options when I stumbled across Vertoe. After reading a few reviews, I decided to give it a shot. I was a little skeptical once I was informed my drop off location was a liquor store, but everything worked out great. My bag was safely stored and pick up and drop off was quick and easy.”

“The service was fine but I think it's a little greasy to charge per item even when the two items are small. If one item can sit on top of the other (like a shopping bag or small box) and both items together are smaller than a full-size suitcase, you might consider being a little more flexible. Rent in NY is about space, and the charge per item rule comes off as an unjustifiable hustle.”

“It was a long tour...there was so much to cover, but it was worth every penny. I took a similar tour 43 years ago which included the Boston Tea Party Museum/Ship and Walden Pond. It would have been nice to include those, but there is so much to see in Boston that I understand that you need to change up the attractions from time to time.”

“Using Vertoe saved us at least an hour through LA traffic as we were able to store our luggage while enjoying a tour. The process was simple and felt very safe. The people at the storage location were friendly. Everything worked great!”

“Pretty good. Easy service to use and really helpful for letting us get on and use our day to explore new York. Downside was having to carry our bags up and down some pretty narrow stairs and service wasn't overly friendly. Otherwise all good.”
