“This was my first time using this service in NY and I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to store their bags for the day while exploring the city. They have a lot of locations so you can pick what is most convenient for you. It is also fairly priced and I didn’t have a worry about the safety of my bags. I will definitely use this service again next time I visit!”

“1. The address was wrong. The entrance on a street from my mail was closed so we had to walk around the block, thru drive in, on a sidewalk full of holes and cracks. Took us 10 min with 4 heavy bags. 2. Woman at the “front desk” judged me immediately for having too much things asking if I’m staying in the city for a month. She couldn’t write in the notebook and kept squinting her eyes and making this weird faces. Either she can’t see well or she is on drugs. 3. We didn’t get any plastic seals to secure our bags. You advertise them on your website and it looks super modern but its far from truth. My bags were “secured” with a piece of paper with my name on it (woman cut it from the notebook and handwrote my name). That was also my “receipt” that I needed to have when picking up my bags. So no seals with codes and showing your phone when picking up. 4. As we were leaving I asked the woman for a correct address so we can put in the Uber app, she didn’t know. Woman that comes to that location to work every day didn’t know the name of the street saying she doesn’t pay attention to the street names !! 5. When we came to pick up bags the guy who worked instead of the woman toon five min to find our “booking” because that woman wrote it in a wrong notebook. Overall, it looks sketchy and not safe. On your website everything looks modern and accessible. This was an old dirty laundromat with a dirty storage room at the end of the store. The only plus is location - two blocks from Hollywood walk of fame.”

“Was passing through NYC and wanted a safe place to store a couple of backpacks and Vertoe was just the ticket! Dropped the bags off at an electronics/luggage/gift shop about a block away from Penn Station. The shop owner was very nice and he took perfect care of our belongings. Based on the convenience and price, I will definitely use this service again myself and I highly recommend to others.”

“The whole luggage storage system at shops is so convenient for travelers like me. It's easy to check-in your luggage and check them out. Fairly straightforward process and I experienced no difficulties. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to secure their luggage in a safe place and travel.”
