“The luggage was kept inside of the store not in a secuere room anyone inside the store could have opened or taken our bags. The man when we went to collect didn’t ask to see the photos we took of the tags but confirmed the number I could have said yes to any of them. I will not use this service again”

“We left 7 items of luggage at the vertoe near LAX and wanted to say thanks for the exceptional service. The man (sorry we didn't ask your name) was friendly & welcoming. He gave us water, allowed us to charge phones, use the bathroom and helped us to get a shuttle to LAX afterwards. Our bags were kept in a secure area & it felt very safe.”
