“If I could give a zero I would, I paid online, booked it at a location on Monday in downtown Boston. Carried my luggage all the way there and it was closed. I ended up carrying it and didn't get my money back.”

“Very nice and friendly. Very accommodating. Allowed us to get some things out of our bags after initial drop off. They were open late which was very convenient. Some concern over storage area being open but the employees were there monitoring everything.”

“Unfortunately the restaurant did not have enough space for our bags so they were left out in the hallway for everyone to see and have access to. It wasn’t in a storage room and did not feel secure at all. Also no anti tamper tabs we’re offered either. I did enjoy the ease of the whole process but would have felt more secure if my bags were in a room away from the public eye.”

“I decided to go on a spontaneous trip to Coney Island but was carrying a very heavy bag with my laptop and multiple other valuable items I didn’t want to carry with me to the aquarium. Vertoe was a lifesaver! I was able to drop my belongings off at a nearby location in Times Square for a very reasonable price and picked it up 10 hours later. Everything was intact! I highly recommend this service.”

“When we got to our drop off location, we had to wait for 30 minutes. The hours listed were wrong. The person who took our luggage had no idea what to do. Fortunately the phone number listed answered right away and instructed the sales person on what to do. Check the store's hours before you go there!”

“Excellent service to refuse travel stress. The staffs had kept my backpack with a tag that had a unique number. And they asked me to take a photo to make sure which one was mine. Also they are friendly.”

“The luggage was kept inside of the store not in a secuere room anyone inside the store could have opened or taken our bags. The man when we went to collect didn’t ask to see the photos we took of the tags but confirmed the number I could have said yes to any of them. I will not use this service again”
