“There was nobody at the desk. After waiting for a long time we had to go and find somebody to help us. They were very unprofessional and we weren’t sure whether we were going to find our luggage when we got back. Everything was OK in the end. We got our luggage back safely.”

“Was not thrilled with my experience. Nothing on the website said anything about the location closing early for Memorial Day (and it let me book a later afternoon pick up time). I arrived with my luggage expecting to have 5 hours of luggage free-time only to be informed that I had to pick up my bags 3 hours earlier than I expected. Definitely put a dent in my day - I would have arranged other plans in advance, had I known. Also, despite what is shown on the website, there are no blue security locks or tags on your bags. This is a great idea in theory, but in reality, poorly executed.”

“We had a wonderful experience on the trolley tour. Our tour guide "batman" was able to answer many of inquisitive kids questions without having to Google answers. We were provided plenty of time at each stop to experience the monuments and take photos. We had a few young kids and an infant with us, so this was the best way to get around and see the sights without exhausting the kids. 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting DC.”

“Left our 3 cases in a shoe repair shop near Grand Central. Very easy process and v close to GCT but I felt uneasy about the lack of checks as to picking them up. Nobody asked us our names or gave us a code or a ticket to show when picking them up.”

“I think this is a great service to use. The insurance definitely helps give piece of mind; however, the actual process does seem sketchy and doesn't inspire confidence. The shop we dropped our bags off at didn't check our ID's (at pick up or drop off) and allowed us to go to the back with all of the bags unattended to store/retrieve our items. This could easily lead to theft or mistakes.”

“Una vez realizada la reserva nos llegó el correo de confirmación con la dirección exacta. La atención fue amable, los horarios de retiro de las maletas no coinciden con el horario de operación del local y fueron muy enfáticos en que se debía respetar la hora de la reserva a pesar que el sistema indicaba que era referencial.”

“It’s a smart idea that allows people to visit Philadelphia for a single day quick and keep their heavy stuff locked up just as my group did. Located close to the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall, it’s very central and accessible as well. I would definitely recommend to those who fit the above description!”
