“First time I have used Vertoe and the service was excellent. The person who assisted us was very professional and courteous. I felt that the bag was stored securely. We had no issues retrieving the bag. This is a wonderful service and I will definitely use it again.”

“Would highly recommend using Vertoe! Myself and my family needed to leave our bags in Brooklyn for the day for last day of sightseeing and we booked online which was extremely easy! We dropped our bags to The Travel Shop on Driggs Avenue and the staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly.”

“Great way to store your luggage. We had a flight at 9pm and had to check out of our air bnb at 11am and this was the perfect solution. Would highly recommend.”

“We had a great experience using Vertoe in Manhattan. The luggage storage was located in the rear of a souvenir shop on 5th Avenue. Had I not read the reviews, I would have been concerned, but the folks working there were polite and efficient both at drop off and pick up. We were grateful not to have to drag our luggage around while we were seeing the sights and attending a show. Perfect arrangement and reasonable.”
