“The drop off location was a convenience store. The luggage was placed out of the way in the back, but was not in a separate /secure room. It was placed behind a corner from the main store front. The store clerks were courteous and professional. Overall, I would probably use the service again but I would either have my valuables locked in my luggage, or take them out of the luggage and keep them on my person.”

“First time using this service and it didn't disappoint. Chinatown Boston location was good and relatively safe. People there were nice and respectful. Had no qualms leaving our luggage temporarily with them while we explored the city for the last few hours between checking out of our airbnb and our flight. Price is reasonable and in prime area. Close to T train and food/drinks/pharmacy.”
