“Great service! I wanted to spend a few hours in Brisbane before catching my flight but didn't want to drag my big suitcase around. I was able to find a Vertoe location close to the train station (which did not have a left luggage service) and was able to leave my bags there for a very reasonable price. My bag was safe, I had 24 hour access to pick it up and it made my day so easy as a result. Thank you!”

“I flew into NYC for NYE on Times Square and underestimated how hard it was to find baggage storage! Vertoe allowed me to find a facility with 24 hour access. The owner was very friendly and the process was very simple. Would definitely use this service again, as well as this particular facility.”

“Very nice folks at the shop. They were quick and pleasant with the hand-off and return. Bit adamant about us buying some of their goods, but if you're there to simply leave luggage and pick it up later, you'll be fine. Brilliant service concept generally, and as far as this location is concerned, I would recommend it. About 5-10 minute walk to GC.”

“I didn't realize luggage storage locations existed, and I had a great first experience! The location wasn't obvious, but the shop next door had a sign taped up in addition to the workers pointing me in the right direction. All my luggage was secured and safe the whole day. Everyone involved was extremely sweet and helpful!”

“The service at this location isn’t streamlined like at others. The locations provider didn’t offer consistent protocol and it did not feel secure. Also, not the greatest place to leave your items. I”

“This service was so helpful for my stopover. I ended up staying a few extra days and the response to my extension request was efficient and sorted straightaway so I had no worries about my cases. Very happy to use Vertoe again and recommend. Thanks!”
