“It was a great experience to book a luggage storage thru Vertoe, the booking was very easy and not expensive and the facility quite close to the airport. Also the personnel at the store were super helpful and kind. Very happy to have found you.”

“This was my first time using a service like this, and I was apprehensive at first, but it ended up being an absolute breeze! So easy to use, extremely affordable, and such peace of mind knowing my luggage was being held onto safely. The people storing it were extremely kind, and everything was present and accounted for when I returned to pick up my luggage. Highly recommend and will definitely use this service again.”

“Pretty convenient location. My bags were there for about two hours, got them back safe and sound. For some reason I thought it was a locker system, but its actually just stored in the back room of a local business. You put plastic tamper-proof seals (like the ones used as plastic handcuffs) between the zippers. Obviously outer pockets on the bags are thus not sealed. I used it while I went to a museum before my flight. Would def use it again.”

“It was great having a place next to Penn Station NY to leave our luggage. Allowed us to go off and enjoy our day without luggage. Easy and friendly drop off and pickup. This will be my go to in the future when visiting NYC.”

“Dropped my bag off at the shop and got it back fine, the guy was nice, but was not given a coded seal/tag as advertised or receipt or anything. The guy just put my bag under the desk in the front of the shop not secured at all. Would not have left anything valuable at this location.”

“I don't directly blame Vertoe - I get their business model. However, the business they contracted to store our luggage did not open on time. After arriving 15 minutes late, the person opening the store told us to wait outside till he was ready. At about 20-25 minutes of sitting on the concrete outside of the store, he finally allowed us in to check in our luggage. We then had to rush to the scheduled event we had that started in 30 minutes.”

“While the system of Vertoe was very convenient and allowed us to walk the cith without a bag, the description “close to Liberty Bell” was a bit deceptive as it was about a 20-25 minute walk from the bell to the drop point. Fortunately there were losts of landmarks along the way. We would have gone directly to the drop location first, but the confirmation email said that their hours weren’t until 12:00am so we visited a few things first. I wish the system had informed me of this when I booked 10:00 on the app.”

“The luggage storage was in a great facility close to the ferry. It was a simple and efficient transaction. The gentlemen was fast in check out and pick up. I would use them again.”
