“This was the perfect place to leave our bags so we could walk around uninhibited, and be close to the our bus after picking them up. The bags aren't in a specifically secure location, like behind the counter, but there were two owners in the store so one was always near the Vertoe bags at the very back. She also recognized us when we returned, so she would likely notice if someone tried to take our stuff. We had to take a picture of an individually numbered tag for each bag when leaving our things, and show that same photo when we came back to verify we were grabbing the correct items. I would definitely do this again!”

“First time using a Vertoe bag drop and it definitely won't be the last. We dropped the bags off as booked, attached the tamper proof seals and left for the day. On our return we simply provided ID to prove ownership and collected the cases. No problems whatsoever and lovely friendly business owners who stored the bags for the day.”

“Found this app last minute when traveling through Boston. The process was super easy and the location I needed, which was close to North Station couldn’t have been better. The store owner was super kind. The check-in/check-out process of my bag took less than 2 min. I most certainly will be using Vertoe in the future when traveling through the cities.”

“This is a great location right by 125th st and all the shops. The host was very nice and down to earth, I had no second thoughts or regrets about leaving my bags at this location.”

“The hosts at Downtown Grocery, Eddy Street, SF, were very friendly and helpful . I left 2 bags there for an entire day and I was confident that they would be safe. Would recommend and would use again!”

“We really loved having the option of storing our luggage safely which gave us the opportunity to tour Seattle Wa. I would highly recommend. The owner of Zik Smoke shop was very nice and reassured us that our luggage would be safe.”

“Super easy to use. Just drop my bag off- and went. It was easy to pick back up. Also, very flexible with timing. They also put a temper proof seal on your bag that’s also your reservation number.would definitely use again!”

“I had never used a luggage storage company before but found the reviews of Vertoe were positive. There were several options in Seattle and the basic info provided, such as hours of operation, were essential, as was security tag. Not too thrilled that exact address isn't provided until after you sign on, but it's understandable. The location was in a type of small market/corner store but staff was very helpful and personable. Would use again!”
